1.How can I get a sample for testing? And how many days I could get it?

For the sample order, you could place it directly on Our website. We will send the sample to you once payment received in 1-2 days. Usually, we use DHL,FedEx,UPS for sample delivery, it will take 3-5 days for arrive your country.

2. How are the qualities of your products?
In the whole productive process, the quality is always the top priority of the request. From ston pick up to mass production, the relevent departments will strictly adhree the top quality policy. 5 times QC before we ship these goods to our clients. 3.Can you customized our logo/brand on the products?
Yes. We could make customized logo/brand on the products.OEM orders are always welcome. Professional R&D team can offer you the free design and support.

4.What's the MOQ for OEM orders of the wax heater?
Usually, the Box customization is 500pcs. For any shape or new design OME, we also support it, the moq is 1000pcs as we are the direct factory and have the advantages.

5.How long will it take for mass production?
It will take 7-15 days per different quantities.
* 500-1000pcs: 10-15days
* 1000-5000pcs:20-25 days
* more than 5000pcs: 20-25days
